...all her dogs

So we were walking through Loose Park yesterday when we decided to stop and rest at this park bench. I looked at this little dedication on the bench and wondered to myself "Does this mean 'dogs' as in the MTV sense of the word?" As in, 'to all my dogs, yo.' Or perhaps it literally means 'dogs'.
Perplexing. Any dogs out there have any thoughts? I wonder what she looked like.
